Back to Basic. My skin is something special – and so is its care. The skin is our largest organ and much more than just a layer of protection.

When you grow out of the age of uncontrollable pimple problems, oily skin and hair – or short: puberty – you start tracing back the problems of your skin. Because at some point the worst should be overcome, which means that redness, itchiness etc. have a more serious origin than the overflow of hormones.

So I struggled through a good bunch of side effects until I realized that my body is over-acidified. If you suffer from redness and sensitive and itchy skin, you might have acidosis, too. Which might lead to early wrinkles and cellulite as an uncomfortable side effect.

What are the causes?
Acidosis can have a variety of causes, the most common ones are: – stress and/or a disruption of the inner harmony (produces hydrochloric acid) – excessive physical exercise (produces lactic acid) – a imbalanced diet, e.g. too much caffeine, red meat, cigarettes, soft drinks alcohol, sugar

The problem is that acidosis causes the skin to dysfunction as the biggest excrete organ of our body. But you can support your skin by using basic skin care products. With consequent care, you can restore a relaxed, refined and cleansed appearance of your skin.
